Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Duties

1) Key Accountabilities

2) Specific Job Functions

  • Customer Service
     Accept incoming phone calls
     Continually learn product information
     Accurately place customer orders on Odoo software from incoming phone calls,
  • WhatsApp messages etc
     Check in with sales representative for the confirmation of quotation and other
    customer/order related concerns
     Make cold calls to customers to acquire for orders as required
     Confirm the approval of special deals with country managers
     Draft and Print invoices on Odoo software
     Cancel duplicated back orders
     Accept payments of orders from walk-in customers
     Book pick-up of orders to be sent by TARA Couriers

Other Duties and Responsibilities

 Assist with Packing and Picking Operation in Warehouse as required.

 Any other duties that may arise within the scope of work.

3) Education/Training/Experience

  • At least 5 CXC subjects (including Mathematics and English)
  • At Least 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service would be a plus.

5) Performance Standards

The job is performed successfully if the following duties are fulfilled objectively:

  • Orders are accurately placed on Odoo software
  • Exhibits excellent customer service at all times
