Job Summary

The Key Responsibilities of a receptionist are:

  • Welcoming customers when they enter or call the store.
  • Answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directing customers by maintaining employer and department directories.
  • Monitoring logbooks etc.

Other details include:

Minimum of 6 CSEC and two CAPE, Math and English included. Customer centric. Excellent written and oral skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications ( particularly Excel), valid Driver’s License. Prior experience working in the automotive industry would be an asset. ( Bright, outgoing and warm personality!!.. think Latoya Gordon). Greeting and attending to the customers need for the Suzuki and Jaguar Land Rover marques. Some administrative duties also required for e.g. preparation of sales reports.
