Job Summary

  • Sales of phone cards
  • Bill payment processing
  • Remittance processing
  • Providing information to customers regarding products and services
  • Signing up customer to our Electronic services (P2P and machine)
  • Check off and balance at the end of the business day
  • Checking remittance forms to ensure compliance with BOJ procedures
  • Display team work and seek to assist team members in any way possible
  • Convey respect and be courteous to all team members
  • Keeping up-to-date with current developments in the economy and the company
  • Check and tick off all remittance forms and filing the relevant documents
  • Liaise with other branches and affiliates
  • Ensure to turn off your machines and electronics at the end of the day
  • Arrive at work at least ten minutes early so as to prepare for the work day
  • Display new rates in customer area
  • Assist customers with filling out forms when requested
  • Know your customers and compliance procedures
  • Checking and filing documents properly
  • Answer telephone lines and direct them to the relevant parties
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
